Captivate content fails to load

If you're using Captivate and your content is failing to load when the multiscreen.html file is loaded, that means your Captivate file needs to be republished for HTML5 only.  If you don't currently have a way to republish the content, you'll need to use the workaround described in the link below to redirect the multiscreen.html file to the index file.
